OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - “Team Trump” is sending Robert F. Kennedy Jr. to a campaign event in the “blue dot” this weekend.

The “Reclaim America Tour” stop will take place downtown at Hilton Omaha, located at 1001 Cass St.

The event starts at 6 p.m.; doors open at 4 p.m.

Tickets can be secured online. Only two tickets are allowed per mobile number provided.

Kennedy and former Hawaii Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, who made headlines in 2022 when she left the Democratic Party, will participate in an event moderated by civil rights attorney Leo Terrell. Gabbard served in Congress from 2013 to 2021 and was the first American Samoan woman in the House as well as its first practicing Hindu member.

RFK Jr. suspended his own bid for the White House in August, and immediately joined former President Trump’s campaign. His name will not appear on the Nebraska ballot in November, but will be listed on Iowa’s.

Tim Walz will also be in Omaha on Saturday campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris.
