Serese has been in the television news industry for more than 25 years and says it is her love for people and telling their stories that makes her job such an amazing one.
Before joining the 6 News team in March 2022, Erin began her career at KKCO/KJCT in Grand Junction, Colo. She first worked as a Multi-Media Journalist and eventually became the anchor and producer of the morning and noon weekday newscasts.
Brian Mastre can be seen weekdays reporting and anchoring for WOWT 6 News at 6 & 10. His in-depth reports, special projects and documentaries air throughout the year.
John Chapman is a veteran member of the WOWT 6 News team. The award-winning news and sports reporter has worked for close to three decades in the Omaha area.

Bella Caracta joined 6 News in May 2022. She graduated magna cum laude from Duke University with degrees in psychology and global health and a certificate in policy, journalism, and media studies. In college, she was editor-in-chief of Juris, Duke’s Undergraduate Law Magazine.
Gina Dvorak, who joined the 6 News WOWT newsroom in 2018, has strong roots in Nebraska, growing up in a multigenerational farm family and graduating from UNL's journalism college.
Jackson joined 6 News's digital desk in July of 2024. He hails from Fremont, and graduated with a Bachelor's in Journalism and Media Communication and a Minor in Theatre from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2023.
Meteorologist Jaret Lansford joined the First Alert Weather Team in May 2022 after working on the weather team for more than five years at sister station KTIV in Sioux City.

Wade leads the production workflow and strategy development of digital content for Gray Television’s National Investigative Team. He started his digital career in Atlanta, GA in 2009 after graduating from the University of Alabama.

Daniel Heffner is a Special Projects Producer for 12 On Your Side in Virginia. He started his career in Lynchburg, Virginia in 2010, and joined 12 On Your Side in 2013.
