Iowa (KCRG) - People in Iowa are getting sick from eggs involved in a recall, according to reported data from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

The Food and Drug Administration is investigating salmonella linked to eggs from Milo’s Poultry Farms in Wisconsin and Tony’s Fresh Market eggs.

As of Friday, 65 people have gotten sick across nine states, while 24 were hospitalized. You can see a map from the CDC shows there are one to three sick people in Iowa.

The CDC reports you can feel sick in 12 hours to three days if you eat food that has salmonella - and symptoms last up to seven days.
