OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Texas Tech transfer Pop Isaacs committed to Creighton on Saturday, he announced on social media. The news comes one day after Bluejays guard Trey Alexander revealed his intention to enter the NBA Draft on Friday.

Isaacs was the Red Raiders leading scorer last season, averaging 15.8 points, 3.5 assists and 3.2 rebounds per game. He chooses Omaha over St. John’s and BYU.

The 6-foot-2 guard will be paired alongside Steven Ashworth in a new-look backcourt for the Jays, who move on from both Alexander and Baylor Scheierman.

Bluejays center Ryan Kalkbrenner has until 11:00pm Central Time to declare for the draft or return to Creighton for a fifth season.
