OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Police are investigating an overnight shooting that left two people injured in south Omaha.

Omaha Police responded to the area of S. 27th and D Street around 1 a.m. Sunday to find two victims — a 17-year-old and a 21-year-old — suffering from a gunshot wounds. One had been shot in the wrist, the other in the leg. They were both transported to Nebraska Medicine with non-life threatening injuries.
