Lincoln Crime Stoppers: Authorities searching for car involved in hit-and-run
LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - Lincoln Police and UNL Police are looking for the driver of a Dodge Avenger who reportedly hit another car before taking off.
The victim told authorities it happened on UNL’s East Campus. Police say a Star Tran Bus drove past the driver and his car after the incident, capturing the man on video.
Police need your help identifying the man or his damaged car.
In a separate case, police are hoping to identify a man who reportedly touched a 16-year-old girl at the Walmart on North 85th Street.
The victim says she was working at the store when the man approached her and asked her where to find an item. She walked him back to the aisle and during that time, he asked her personal questions and made sexual remarks about her appearance.
She told police when they made it to the item he had asked for, he groped her multiple times before she quickly left the aisle.
