Douglas County Sheriff’s Office investigating vehicle thefts from Omaha dealer
OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Douglas County sheriff’s deputies need your help identifying two men accused of stealing three cars from a metro dealership on Thursday.
DCSO tells 6 News deputies were called to Onyx Automotive, near Oak View Mall, just after 9 p.m. When they arrived, deputies spoke with a manager who said three Range Rovers had been stolen from the lot.
Video surveillance identified two males who had been looking at the same cars earlier that evening. It’s believed they were able to switch keys of each vehicle during their initial visit. A black Maserati SUV was seen driving onto the lot both during the initial visit and at the time of the theft.
